Who we are
Zentovix is lead and admission management software for academies. It is a product by Vipprow (vipprow.com). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Zentovix and Vipprow.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, academy name, phone number, email address and city, given when you register.
- Academy data: the leads, students, follow-ups, notes, batches and fee records you or your team enter into Zentovix.
- Usage data: basic device, browser and activity information that helps us keep the service working and improve it.
- Messages: anything you send us when you write to us for support or a walkthrough.
How we use it
- To create your account, run your trial or subscription and provide the software.
- To support you, answer your questions and send service notices.
- To keep Zentovix secure, fix problems and improve how it works.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Your academy's data
The enquiry and admission records you store in Zentovix belong to your academy. We process them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell them and we do not use them to advertise to you.
You are responsible for having a valid reason to collect the personal details of the people you add, including students and parents.
When your subscription ends
After your subscription ends, you have 14 days to export and preserve your data.
When those 14 days are over, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please export what you need before then.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Zentovix, such as hosting and our payment provider (Razorpay, which processes your ₹99 trial payment), and only as far as they need it to do that. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you.
